    I went in Tuesday...

    I went in Tuesday or wednesday to get tires with a family member, ordered both sets of winter tires. Told one set would be good to go on Saturday and to come in at 9am sat morning to get them put on. the other Monday. The Saturday appointment went fine except the guy said our old tires were in the back and they weren't. Monday morning I called 3 times too see if my tires were in got put on hold twice for more than 15 mins and the third time the guy answered and said he would call me back in 10.... Waited 45 mins, never got the call back. Went down there after waiting 15 mins got the old set of tires back and canceled the order for the Monday tires..... Wasn't asked why........

    Great Customer Service!!

    I called them in the morning, needed a single tire in an emergency. They helped me out. Gave me a great price and I was in an out in no time. Great customer service. Derek runs a nice shop and Len is true to his word! I will never go anywhere else!!

    joker answers the phone

    Had a slow leak in my tire - called to ask if I could bring it in and wait. Joker says "sure!". Then in the same breath says "I didn't say we could get to it right away. Since I've been on the phone with you 6 cars have drove up. I can't see into the future". Guess you don't need my business. Good luck to the 6 cars that got there before me. Hope the people working on the cars have better skills than the joker that answers the phone.
