I came in 10 minutes to close looking for vacuum line. The kid turned me away and said go somewhere else since they���re cleaning the floors. Crap customer service.

I bought two head lights for my car, I asked the kid at the counter and he took me to the shelf where they were and picked them from holding bracket . So I bought and went on home to install them only to find out they were 2 different parts from the same shelf. Now time was running short as closing was getting close, so I rushed back and went to the store, it was a couple of minutes before closing and the door was locked and he looked at me with his arms in the air. There customer service SUCKS

grabbed some recommended windshield wipers and the sales guy young man put them on for me too as I said it might be tricky for me. It was a simple but tricky installation that would have taken a bit of effort and doing. Thank you. Also, the visit before a woman (manager I think)recommended perfect light bulbs for my car and needs.......decent price too....everything has been very good.

Went to regent location today twice. Everything was good and they were able to order part (windshield fluid dispenser) in and I could pick it up later today. When I was in there, I asked them if anyone knew how to install the piece. His response was to shove it in the hood and go! At no point was I asking anyone to do it for me, just didnt want to install incorrectly. Everyone else was great, unfortunately the kid with red/orange hair could use some customer service coaching

I’ll tell you tomorrow, however right now I’m super pissed. So I’ll wait till I go back to the store and see how they try to solve my problem.
