Great experience. Took all the time to answer my questions. Showed up promptly to deliver the rock for the project. Very helpful. Offered to take back any unused rock that I did not need. I installed the stones myself as I was quite particular with the end result. David

Customer service was great when we first started dealing with them. Once worked started in yard, it was horrible, never been called such awful names by a contractor. Installation of the stone was terrible, they did not level it first, so a month after the stone was popping up and sliding off. Stay clear of this business or you will be sorry, like we are.

I had my backyard done by Pyramid last summer. While the overall work was okay the company is terrible. The constantly make promises that they never fulfill. The show up late, leave early when they show up at all. They make major mistakes and try to charge you for them. We have been hounding them for 11 months now to complete work they said they would do and have had run around from the owner. I highly recommend finding another company if you want quality.
