Doctors are very professional but the receptionists are kind of very impolite when you call for some reason a soon they pick the call saying hold please and let you wait in line for long time..first you should greet the costumer and them ask politely to wait no matter how busy you are. That makes big difference!!

Reception was pleasant ,professional,and efficient. The medical service was thorough and deeply investigative in the doctors examination.

Their receptionists are unprofessional. No customer service what so ever. Never answers phone. If this is the standard for a clinic its terrible. There needs to be some government agencies regulating the standard of operation of such facilities. Terrible!!!!
