Since the salon was sold the new owner has not kept up with regular equipment maintenance or the basic cleaning of the beds. Face tanners go on and off while you tanning and the beds have hair and bugs in the bulbs. The fans at the foot of the beds are filled with dust that blows on you.
I agree that the service is unacceptable...gossips arent even how I describe the mgr/ employees. The employees are why I stopped tanning there..they could've cared less..always texting or talking on there phones. The facial tanners with the extra bulbs are what gave me a "little divets left in my skin" ...I tan elsewhere now and am fabutan happy!! Money hungry mgr..I tanned there forever and never felt I was a customer ...everyone else got good specials and testers of stuff.I NEVER DID
Very disappointed with the service provided by the "boss". Went for a Mystic Tan, half way through the machine broke down. Waited for over 45 minutes while they attempted to fix it, but were unable to. Seeing as I was wanting a spray tan for a bridal party, I was very unsatisfied with having to leave with an unevn tan. No apology was given, no refund (even after I asked for my money back). All I got was a free tan on file. Too bad I won't be going back to use it. Terrible customer service!
I have tanned here for 5 years and have only had good experiences! The staff are great and the manager "Michelle" is very professional. This place is the best I've been to and I've tried them all in the area. The beds even have extra bulbs to tan your face....don't believe the negative, try for yourself!
WORST CLIENT EXPERIENCE EVER I was a long time client who trusted the staff costly mistake $408. Manager "Michelle" does not care to make it right, does not take ownership just your money. So much for being a loyal client. Get everything in writing do not trust info staff gives you.
Horrid staff. Very rude and gossiping manager. Would never go to this unprofessional managed tan studio. Do not follow their specials even if it's advertised. Most unprofessional place in the city
