Village Health Spa

No results with IPL Facials. I had 2 IPL treatments one month apart with virtually no improvement. I had one 4 years ago at a different, higher priced location which was very successful. I guess you get what you pay for? Theresa did increase the settings on her machine the second time and all it did was create two round burn marks on my face, no lightening of age spots, etc. The spa is clean and comfortable and she was pleasant. I can only assume her machine is old. No f/u to my concerns.

Just wanted to leave a message saying how happy I have been with the hair laser removal treatments I received. Others have said the equipment is outdated and painful. WRONG, I was going when they had an older machine, I'll admit it hurt a bit like an elastic snapping on your skin but it was bearable. They have a new machine there now that is absolutely pain free and the results are amazing. Massage therapy here is very good as well.

The staff has awesome service, professional and my laser treatment was painless. I have been going here for a couple of years and the reason I keep coming back is the service and The results after! Great location and would recommend to anyone!

Dissappointing

I got a group on deal for 6 sessions of treatment on underarm for 99$. Their devise is an outdated technology, so the treatment was unbearably painful, like a torture. To make the pain kind of bearable, the operator set the light beams to very low (as she told) and because of that I did not get any particular result out of that painful experience (I have had treatments for my legs and after the same number of treatment sessions, I can see the difference). But this is not the only thing which matters. After the third treatment, I went to counter to schedule the next going there. Out of astonishment, she told me that with that Groupon coupons I just get three treatment sessions, because each underarm is counted one session! It was bitterly surprising! It was not clearly said in their advertise and they never told me unless when I finished treatment. And I feel really bad about that. Would never go back there again. It was painful and waste of time and money.

I got the groupon deal for 6 session of underarm hair removal in village health spa. Unfortunately it was the most painful laser treatment I have ever done. Not only their device is old and the treatments extremely painful but also after 3 treatments they said I have to pay again as each underarm count separately. There was not such explanation when I bought the deal or in their website or when you first go there. I have done treatments in other places and this is the fist time I hear such a thing! or experience this much pain...dont ever waste your money going there!
