New Heating System

We hired Martin's Home Heating to dispose of our old oil furnace, wood furnace and oil tank - half full of oil, and instal a new heat pump and air-to-air filtration system. Our biggest fear was having an oil spill when the old equipment was taken out - no worries, everything was done professionally with care and not a drop of oil spilled. Also, the new system was hooked up immediately so we had heat from start to finish. The new ductwork the crew installed is very neat and professionally done. Only thing that happened was that the outside equipment came with a piece that was broke so a new pump was ordered from Ontario and came within a week and was installed immediately. We still had heat from the inside component which ran on electricity. The air filtration system was more difficult to instal as we have cathedral ceilings and our attic space is very cramped and difficult to maneouver in. The crew did an excellent job planning and installing this system. We must say that the guys in this company are very professional, work very well together and are very pleasant to have roaming around our home. Everyone was always in a happy mood, even with the delays. Also, they cleaned up their messes! This is a big plus! So, thank you to Martin's Home Heating crew and to Mr. Martin for explaining everything to us and planning our new heating system layout - which gave us more room in our basement. Job well done by everyone and I highly recommend Martin's Home Heating.
