    Long wait times, high banking fees

    I've found the service at this location is mediocre. The wait times are painfully long, and some of the staff don't know the service fee schedule. They tried to charge me $40 on a wire. After going with another banking institution for that wire transfer, I found CIBC should have been charging $30 for the wire. I try to go to the Queen St. location now. I've found the staff there more professional, and the wait times less severe. I do not recommend using the Smythe St. branch unless you have to.
