Had nothing but good experiences buying my car here but everything is fine until you need anything from the service department. My 2 year old car had the transmission go after only 70k. Called numerous times to talk to someone about it but was continuously sent to voicemail and didn't get to talk to anyone until I went to the dealership in person. With an 8 year extended warranty the only answer I got out of anyone was that it would be 3+ weeks until they can even think to look at the vehicle. T

I am very upset with this dealership. I have a brand new vehicle and I like to maintain the service as per the manufacturer guidelines however every time I go for an oil change I am surprised with new required services and then crazy additional charges. I never get the truth from the beginning! I strongly DO NOT recommend going to this dealership for service at all!!!
