    Absolutely one of the worse client care experiences I have ever encountered. Their mission statement is totally false and misleading, they do not care about the clients needs and go out of their way to be self serving and to cause more stress in an already stress filled time in the clients lives. They lack of communication skills, the owner has the inability to listen to concerns and pushes through her own agenda with no regards to the feelings or stress that her practices may cause.
