    Bought an iMac and Microsoft softwares here. Customer support was brutal. Said to install it for us but didn't. Hanged our phone twice when we were asking for the password that's necessary for installations. Told us the wrong username and password combination that made us wasted 3hrs while trying to install Microsoft.

    Their idea of cus...

    Their idea of customer service is ignoring a person until they give up and take their business to the competition. That is what happened when I went to have business cards made at the Staples on Rothesay Ave in Saint John, NB.
