Multiple unrequested changes were made without discussion. Veneer of wood sanded through, scratches and gouges in countertops and woodwork. Improperly insulated windows. House/loft bumpout built a foot shorter than contracted. 30 inch wide shower reduced to 24 due to installation of unplanned pocket door. Said door installed incorrectly. Multiple other issues requiring tens of thousands of dollars of work to address. Company blocking anyone that comments on their social media showing the build
