Barely Used Autopart

I agree with the other user , not very friendly and definitely doesnt price match or negotiate, wouldnt even drop $10 to match another competitor , I personally havent been to this shop or purchased anything and that was all due to the horrible customer service I received on the phone , was definitely the rudest place I called so I decided to opt out of purchasing anything from these guys. Just speaking from personal experience.

Awesome customer service the gentlemen at the desk will work hard to get what you need !

I used these guys to buy a rear tail light and a set of tires. He did not have the light on site bit was able to source it and get it to me next day. Very quick and efficient to answer questions. I appreciated how he went out of his way to find the stock he did not have on hand. Used tires were as described and so was the tail light.

I Will never buy Parts from Barely used auto parts again. Very rude not negotailble. Hard to deal with.Not very Satisfied, very condescending. Its all or nothing from them all i needed is a hinge screw for my back window and they would not sell it to me.

I always buy my parts there, i dont even shop around anymore they always beat the competition, unlike the other review, i got a good service from the guy at the desk & on the phone. They also speak french

This place is horrible

I mean if you dont mind being insulted and treated like an idiot the prices are ok. but the guy at the desk is extremely rude and condescending. i personally would rather pay a little extra and go to Bastarache witch is not much further anyway.
