Best Burners Ltd

I must express my profound dissatisfaction with Best Burner, which, ironically, should be dubbed 'Worst Burner' for being the worst business I have ever encountered. While I could elaborate extensively on my grievances, I'll provide a concise warning: STAY FAR AWAY from these unscrupulous individuals.

Had an appointment for 8am - waited until 8:15 called them - guy said a couple of things had come up (no phone call from them to us though to let us know that) - said they would send somebody over as soon as they could! What is that - 2 minutes, 2 hours or 2 days? We were already late for work... what ever happened to customer service - well they have just lost our business..

I had my valve break off my oil tank Saturday evening and best burners sent out 2 of there techs to install a new oil tank for me. I am so thankful that they came so quickly. Both men were very polite and helpful.

I do not have any problems with AABLE, but their partner which does furnece cleanning and repair for their customers Best Burners is not a company to trust.

Day off work...no show by Best Burners

My husband took a day off work to wait for furnace service by Best Burners and they didn't show. I got a hold of a tech and he said he'd get his boss to call me right back. 15 hours later I get a call from a woman who starts right off making excuses and blaming it on me instead of apologizing and trying to rebook it. She said she called my cell ONCE and didn't get me and my voicemail was full...oddly I had no missed calls on my phone and no voicemails clogging up my mailbox. Great service Best Burners, I hope Aabel stops recommending you, I sure won't be!!
