They lost my RRSP transfer papers 3-times. First time was when my new financial institution sent the transfer papers to them. A month later, my wife visited the Cole Harbour BMO to physically hand the papers to them. Yet another month later, I visited them again to inquire and they had no idea where the papers ended up.I politely gave them papers once again...and here I am yet ANOTHER month later looking for their phone number so I can find out what the heck is going on. VERY POOR OPERATION
