    Pur o late that’s what it should be called. They are always late due to weather even on sunny days. This company is pure BS for the money they charge for there crappy service. I wish the big box stores wouldn’t use these guys or have another company to ship through I don’t know how they are still in business I hope the -0 star review goes through as my shipment is now 2days late due to weather . The only thing you can count on is that it’s going to be late .

    Received an email this morning saying my package was out for delivery so I decided to stay close to home as it would require a signature.. Waited for 7 hours with nothing. Called customer support to see if I could pick it up and they told me I would have to wait another day.. Crappy service.

    Unreliable and lazy delivery personnel. The person delivering called that they were at our apartment outdoor entrance. We told they could ring our apartment number to gain entry into the lobby, and then went down to meet them. They were gone in the few minutes it took us to get down, leaving a paper telling us we have to drive nearly 20 km to pick it up.

    I wish there were an option to give zero stars. My package got bumped on the plane. No big deal, it happens. Then there have been three updates on the tracking saying that the delivery has been rescheduled, with no delivery attempts. I paid for delivery in 3-5 days. That has been exceeded twofold. First attempted to use the online chat function, was disconnected as no customer service representatives were available . Tried to check in with customer service through email and phone call. My ph

    Terrible company to deal with.called the toll free number the guy on the other assured me I would get my parcel today.nevet received it.the web site showed on the truck for delivery 🚚.it is now 3.00am in morning on the the truck since 10.00am.what a joke

    very unreliable , especially their ( AT THE DOOR ) DELIVERY , WHERE THEY DROP THE PACKAGE OUTSIDE YOUR COMMERCIAL SPACE , after hours , and pretend their job is done , only for you to come the next day and never find it, and loose your credibility because of their incompetence.

    Anytime I have had any dealings with this company, it has been a bad experience! Packages delivered to the wrong address. I would give Purolator a 0 star rating if I could.

    By far the worst delivery service. Just copy your competitors, leave a knocker and make packages available for pickup later that day. Also, this location doesn't have a phone number publicly available... so you have to deal with the terrible call center.
