Worthless appointment

Made an appointment for 10 AM to have brakes inspected. Returned at 2 PM to check on the car, and not only had it not gone in, it was still fourth or fifth in line. Customer "service" agent said that priority was based on pick up time, and when I asked him if my car would go in today, he was unable to answer so I took my business elsewhere. If you insist on going to Colonial Honda for service, either physically wait at the dealership, or return in an hour.
