Friendly, knowledgeable staff helped us to find a stove that suited our household needs. A neighbour of ours recommended this store after he had a stove installed in his place with happy results (over seven years now). We have had it for two years, and it is the best investment that we have put in our house. Installation was quick and efficient, installed by a couple guys who worked more than ten years with this company, and were happy with their boss.

Bought a Weber BBQ for Christmas and the boys on very short notice did the assembly and delivered to my house on a Sunday. The BBQ works great and so happy they went out of their way to make my Christmas. Thanks.

ordered parts for my stove in late august and it is now almost nov. and still no parts.called them but could not find any paper work on my order. said they would call back but three days later and nothing.you would be wasting your time dealing with these guys because they are just plain undependable.

Only one word garbage service. Can't return a phone call. Can't find your invoice. Terrible mistake on our part to deal with these guys.

Terrible service, they keep ordering the wrong part. You can never get a hold of them. Just plain awful.
