I had two separate experiences here (two years apart) that have been awful. Staff answering phone and on desk are rude and dismissive.

Terrible customer service and good luck trying to chat with the mechanic. The day staff didn’t know what was going on and I doubt if they are given proper direction. Won’t go there again for service just gas.

Terrible customer service! Could not process a gift card properly and wasted 25 mins for a simple gas transaction.
