Amazingly incompetent repair shop, with pathetic customer service skills. Insurance company directed me to them to replace a door. A job that typically takes three days is now over three weeks and growing. Wrong part, damaged part, part still on order, always a different excuse. No apology, no consideration. Avoid at all costs.

I had to contact these guys for a Warranty repair for work that was done at another Carstar location. They were extremely pleasant to deal with. I was worried about the quality of the work for a subsequent paint job but I was pleasantly surprised at the finished product. The paint was blemish free and blended to match the original, three year old paint. The whole experience was a positive one and I would recommend these guys to anyone.
