Island Gateway Medical Clinic

I tried calling the front desk when I need to make a appointment with my doctor but, nobody answers the phone. I even called the next day and I was told they were not closed the day before. This happens every time I call which is not all the time. That's not good for this medical center when some one refuses to answer. I don't attack anyone that works there or vice versa.

I have experienced warm, welcoming service from all doctors and staff at this clinic- with the exception of one receptionist Lori. Three times I have interacted with her, both in person and via phone call, I have had an unpleasant experience. Lori rushes you on the phone, she interrupts you when you are speaking and always has a negative condescending tone. I understand that people get burnt out of their job- we all have bad days. However, this is completely unprofessional and unacceptable.
