I recently bought a Nissan Murano here and had a very good experience dealing with brand ambassador Angela. She was very knowledgeable and really showed the care in customer care. I will easily recommend this dealership to friends and family.

Very happy to have made the acquaintance of the sales rep Paige McIntosh! Her customer focused attitude was "A1" start to finish. The entire team was a pleasure to work with. When I'm looking for my next Nissan or Infinity I will start with a visit to Ajax Nissan. Highly recommended!

Spent a lot of money on a used vehicle from Ajax Nissan buying a Cadillac ATS with only 50000km on it and have had multiple issues with the vehicle and it’s terrible trying to get anything from them , they have not once helped me with warranty on the car they sold me the warrantie on in the first place. I drove 5 hours to get the car and all they can tell me is drive the car here and we’ll look at it for you , or you can call the 3rd party and deal with it myself! I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!

Not recommended to buy pre-owned cars there!

I traded in a 2001 chrysler at this dealership last october for a pre-owned 2013 Altima. Today, I was told the brakes need full replacement which costed me $1300! Given that I only put 15,000 km on it in the last 12 months. For my previous old Chrysler I didn't need to do any brake work for over 3 years, and over 50,000 km!! This situation destroyed my trust in this dealership and their honesty in how they handle their pre-owned car sales and how they run their after sale services!

Edit I Originally found a frontier I was interested in online. When I Emailed I was contacted By Matt Pearen. He was very understanding with my work schedule and asked the best way to communicate. I explained by email. the truck I liked was sold pretty quick. I gave Matt the specs of the truck I was looking for, not only did he find a better one it had more options and was a color I preferred. I have to admit I tormented this poor guy and each time he responded quick and with the info I neede

Down to earth, no pressure, great deal!

Used my handy Yellow Pages application on my blackberry while car shopping. Walked into the dealer and met Pat. Very nice salesperson who was very knowledgeable. We already knew what we wanted but wanted to find a dealership close to home/work that did not have an ego that some dealerships have. Would highly recommend, I will repost when I test out their service.
