Had our 2000 Kitchaide Superba fridge quit 2 weeks ago... technician showed up and after opening the door informed us the condenser coil was bad and the fridge was finished. We went and bought a new fridge the same day and put the old one on the curb. A local resident came by and asked what was wrong with the fridge... we explained the issue and he took it away saying he would try and fix it. The resident came by on Saturday and informed us that he replaced a relay and the fridge was now running again including the ice maker and water dispenser.... sounds like we spent $2000 for nothing! We called the technician this morning to make him aware of what transpired and his response was to be verbally abusive resorting almost immediately to using profanity with my wife and then me. I would NOT recommend this man to anyone!
