This company doesnt deserve a star at all.Employees are mean, including the manager.I ordered a wrong size bin and requested to return it for a bigger one since the cost is the same as we have lots of garbage during our backyard landscape. Karry the employee upholdshetself that she didnt have the error of sending the bin i requested so if I wAnt a bigger one, i have to pay for the lift charge twice plus the weight of the garbage.I requested if she can void the lift on the smaller bin for customer service sake, since its the first time i dealt with them.Karry is so fake and she discussed the issue to the manager.i requested to talk to the manager and tbis lady is arrogant and sarcastic, she would have pick up the small bin empty at no cost, thereby lossing the sale. Than to replace the existing small bin with a bigger one to provide customer satisfaction, get the sale and earn profit. I am questioning the goaltbis manager is having for their business, is it to defend the arrogance of their employee or to provide customer satisfaction and earn profit..managers like this dont deserve their position and higher mgt should know about this, as this will bring the business down.
