    Fantastic company that provides top quality service! Super professional and friendly staff. We've been with Anchor for 5 years now and their member plan is still the best value purchase we've made for our home. We just had our Winter Maintenance completed as well as a new UV Air Purifier installed by Shannon. As always, he did a wonderful job and we look forward to having him come by again next year!

    On September 23rd, 2021, Shannon did a yearly maintenance visit for the air conditioner and furnace. He arrived right on time and immediately and expertly did a great job cleaning them. He explained and showed me exactly where a little issue presented itself and he proceeded to rectify it. Very courteous and professional. I would definitely recommend Shannon for any service call you might need. Merci!

    Made an appointment 2 weeks ago for 10 o’clock, didn’t show up or even bothering calling saying that they were going to be late, even though I specified that I’m taking half the day off work for them to come in and work on my furnace. I had called to figure out what was going on, and the lady said the technician is tied up till 11.15, 11.30. Horrible customer service. I would never call a company like that ever again.

    Been with them for over 5 years. Furnace, air conditioner and fireplace maintenance has always been well done and technician (Matt) thorough and explains what is being done.

    We've been Anchor customers for about 15 years, and they've always been really reliable and fair. Their techs work hard to solve problems promptly. I like this company.

    A couple of years...

    A couple of years ago I had a Honeywell TrueSTEAM humidifier installed, together with a Reverse Osmosis Filtration System. From the outset it gave off a strong smell of plastic. I was told this was "normal". This season the wall-mounted unit started to leak; I had to put a bucket under it. I asked if it was under warranty, but could not get a straight answer. I was told that somebody would come to look at it - at a cost of $150. No thanks! I will be getting a different system this autumn.
