    Excellent company...

    Excellent company for all our Heating and cooling needs. Go to company for Furnace repair and Air Conditioner repair/tune-up. We have used Ardent to service our Furnace and Air Conditioner. Their service is fast and professional. They explain what they are doing and are reliable. Highly recommend them to any new or old homeowner in Barrie and surrounding areas.

    A great service company for a furnace repair

    Our furnace would not come one night recently and our house was getting cold so we called some companies and decided to go with Ardent Heating and air conditioning. They came out to our home and were very professional. We had two issues with our furnace, one was minor (caused by the air conditioner) and the other was a bigger issue. The technician Jason informed us of what was the problem and the cause of the problem and gave us pricing before doing the repair, we agreed on the price and he fixed the problems and didn’t charge us for minor repair to the air conditioner saving us about $100.00. We had lot’s questions and he was very polite and took the time to answer every question for us & our furnace has been working great ever since! We have used other companies in the past but feel this company really cared about us and appreciated our business so we are just returning the favour. We are moving soon out of the province and hope that we find this same level of service for our next home. Ellen & Gary Barrie, Ontario

    Wonderful Service! Extremely Happy!

    The issue with my existing furnace was clearly articulated in a timely manner. They had a replacement furnace put in within 24 hours which I greatly appreciated. I have never dealt with such friendly and courteous technicians. Overall I had a wonderful experience when dealing with Ardent.

    Furnace, Water Softener, and Fireplace!

    This company was able to install my Furnace, Water Softener, and Fireplace all in one day just like they had said. The staff was friendly, good-humoured, and helpful right from day one. After everything was said and done my house was left the same way as when they had entered.
