I had an amazing experience with Best for Bride Barrie. Because life was so busy I had left shopping for a dress until only three months before the wedding. Before finding Best for Bride Barrie I had visited other bridal stores where they had told me time was too short to find a new dress and I would have to settle for something from limited stock within the store. This had really stressed me out. Shortly after I had found Best for Bride Barrie and gave them a call explaining my situation.->
Maybe best for the bride but certainly not for the bridesmaids. I have the most ill fitting and ugly dress imaginable! In the store my size fit fine and looked good, I was trying it on in the sample red color not the pink we ordered. When I received the dress, it was purple not pink, and despite the fact that the sample dress was the same size ordered, the dress that came was huge and needed extensive alterations. The alterations are complete and it is still very ugly and uncomfortable.
Wonderful experience, experienced staff, great selections. Got a beautiful dress for our son's wedding. Very pleased. Thanks so much for your help. Will definately recommend Best for Bride to family and friends or anyone looking for formal or wedding dresses.
I am a mature & fussy woman clothing shopper. I like to look beautiful & elegant but natural. Having said that,it is very difficult to find a consultant able to relate. How lucky can I be to have met Milaine Roy. She is such a passionate but professional Bridal Consultant. She had the ability to bring out my natural beauty with the dress I purchased. It took +3 hrs to find the right one and she never gave up. My wedding party and I had the best shopping experience!!! Thank you so much, Milaine!
I just want to share that this was the very best experience I have ever received in a long time. I found a beautiful dress at such an incredible price. The experience that I received from Milaine and the other employes every time I went in for my fittings made me feel like it's family. This place is amazing! I was told by another wedding dress alteration place that my dress couldn't be let out the tiny bit in the bust that it needed to be so I called Best for Bride becuase of a referal from my mother in law and they were able to fix the dress to fit perfectly. I am so greatful I went here and the ladies were so kind and helpful. All around amazing experience I will return!!!

the thing i liked about this store was that the staff left me alone and let me take my time looking for my wedding dress. I had been to other shops on the same day and found it kind of irritating when a few of the staff would just constantly follow me around and try to suggest dresses (which coincidentally were always the most expensive ones) for me to try on. Once i had found a few dresses i liked the girls were very quick to come over and assist me to the dressing rooms. The dress itself is very beautiful and is something i have not seen in other shops.
I really liked that you didn't have to go anywhere else. They made my experience very enjoyable and pleasant. It's my second time getting married so I've been through the process before....and they have exceeded all my expectations. They have everything from bridal gowns, to bridemaid dresses, to accessories! I was able to find most of the things I wanted here, including a dazzling dress. ;] I am going to be one happy bride in 2012!
