Following a windstorm we had to make use of their warranty service when some flashing blew off. They were excellent, fixing it within hours, without any hassle!

Disappointed

They cleaned our eavestrough twice, professionally and at a reasonable price. The following two times we attempted to schedule a cleaning, we were told they'd get back to us; they didn't. Eventually we were told we could wait (indefinitely) or look elsewhere. When you can quickly email a "thanks but no thanks" for your business, there's no excuse for this kind of avoidance. If this company is not longer interested in cleanings, they should remove it from their advertising.

Wonderful Experience

Dealing with Sentry Exteriors was a great experience. We moved in to our house in November and right away noticed we were having eavestrough issues. Our neighbour told us there was normally a lot of ice build up on our house in previous years. The guys at Sentry came out to our house, gave us a detailed quote, and then replaced our eavestrough in a timely manner. No leaks and no ice problems this year, and there has been a tonne of snow! We strongly recommend you call Sentry Exteriors if you need your eavestroughs fixed or replaced.

Horribe customer service

Called this company three times in order to have someone come to my house for a quote. Every time I was given a date when they would call and come out and no one ever shows up. I would stay away from this company.
