came here when my brother came home from out of town for a visit. We had the worst service ever, no refills I had to ask as well as no one cleared our plates.. not to mention hr later he got food poisoning..... never returning

Not many choices ...

Not many choices for Chinese/Japanese food in Belleville. This is a restaurant that is literally hit or miss. Good times to eat in are from 4:00pm-6:00pm on Saturday or Sunday. The weekend is when the Sushi mi is available. During the week at these times is fine as well if your not a fan of Sushi. The previous Review nailed it when she said "during parties you will be left in the back basically unattended." When your back there and you see a waitress, you'll need to holler for service. (refills)

We went there for...

We went there for dinner for my son's birthday. It was by far the worst experience and we won't be going back. No one came to check on us or to clear out plates. My kids wanted more to drink but we were never approached for refills. The food was terrible. The soups looked like they had been sitting out all day, with burnt sides of the pots and films over the tops of the soups. The rest of the food was either overcooked, flavourless, dry or clearly previously frozen and thawed. The food was disgusting. With a party of 7, this horrible experience cost us $110. Such a waste. Will never return again
