    Our furnace broke...

    Our furnace broke in the middle of the night on CHRISTMAS and Brendan took the call at 1am. Vince came out to do the repairs in the morning and he was friendly, patient and reassuring. He clearly set out the expectations, pricing and committed to doing his best to get us up and running. Vince diagnosed the problem quickly and completed the repair on site. He took his time explaining everything and ensuring I was satisfied. THANK YOU for your exceptional service. I absolutely recommend Dr HVAC

    excellent service

    I had placed a service call when my air conditioner stopped working. I was able to get a technician come fix my air conditioner within a couple of hours. I found the technician to be friendly and knowledgeable, price is also very reasonable. I will definitely use Dr.HVAC again.

    Satisfied customer

    Our thermostat was broken and I called them on a Monday morning and a service man was there in the afternoon. He was extremely thorough and knowledgeable. After installing the thermostat, he tested the system and checked the furnace and AC to ensure that everything was operating properly. He spent 15 minutes walking me through the controls and recommending temperatures for various times throughout the day. I was a satisfied customer!

    Wonderful

    Dr. hvac is wonderful. They came shortly after I called with a broken furnace and they figured it out promptly. They were surprisingly inexpensive, and were able to explain to me what was wrong so I could understand it. I highly recommend them!

    Give them a try!

    Dr. HVAC was one of a few companies I called to install a heat pump system in my home. Their product knowledge, good value, and professionalism, made me choose to work with them, and they're fast! It's been two months since they installed my energy efficient heat pump system and it's great. I would recommend Dr. HVAC to anyone.

    Honest and trustworthy

    Steve is more than competent, hard working and HONEST. We were referred to Dr. HVAC by my father. He has serviced their A/Cs for several years. In 2009 we had been told by another HVAC company that our heater was leaking gas. They recommended we replace the entire unit ($2000). On the advice of my father, I contacted Dr. HVAC for a second opinion. They sent out Steve who found NO gas leak, serviced our heating system and has regularly serviced our a/c and heater ever since. Their rates are fair and we completely trust them!

    EXCELLENT JOB

    Excellent job done by Steve, the technician. Very competitive price. I compared 3-4 different places before purchase and luckily I found Dr. HVAC through Yellowpages. I've never heard of them before. Very good service. Recommended to new buyers.

    good service, done right

    I used Dr. hvac to check up on my A/C unit. I knew that it had been a long time since the system was looked at and suspected something was wrong (air not blowing cool enough). A technician arrived within 15 minutes of the schedule appointment and was very fast at isolating the problem. He fixed a coil line which was leaking and performed a general maintenance check on my two units. The tech was friendly and professional. He was done within 40 mins and the price was quoted accurately. Dr. hvac did a great job and I would recommend them.

    Quick and professional

    I have called on Dr. hvac twice. Both times Steve was on time and called to say he was on his way. He quoted the price of the job up front. The job was done quickly and professionally.

    Excellent Service, Before, During and After

    I had 2 separate jobs done, my house and my fathers. Right from the beginning we were treated extremely well. The installation was prompt, courteous and done correctly. The service and personal attention was better than I have experienced in a very long time. I have already recommended them to many other people and they now have a customer for life.

    New high efficiency Goodman furnace

    The quote was reasonable and accurate, and the information that we got was honest and helpful. The installers were quick and cleaned up well after they completed the job. No problems whatsoever and the furnace has been working very well for the last 5 months.

    Replaced Air Conditioner

    Steve came to our house, assessed the situation and gave us a very competitive quote to replace our old and non-functioning a/c unit. We agreed on the spot and before we knew it, our new air conditioner was installed efficiently, tidy, and correctly. Dr. Hvac should be your number one choice!

    Replaced Furnace

    Great service. Dave Showed up on time and was very knowledgeable and made a great recommendation in terms of equipment we would need. He was great at assessing the size of the space and the necessary capacity of the unit. The work was done when promised and done very well. We will use them again!!!

    Service still excists!

    Originally I was worried about having to replace my furnace because of in the past I haven’t had much luck dealing with contractors. I am so happy I had my furnace installed by Dr. hvac. It restored my faith in old fashioned customer service. They treated me with respect, and addressed my concerns. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with this company.

    Very professional

    When my hot water heater died out, dr. hvac had me fixed up immediately and for a better price than anyone I called. They were so easy to work with and they did an excellent job too. Thanks!
