I went to their store to get a Samsung Galaxy S6 unlocked and it was a very straight forward and quick process. All I did was tell them the model, my IMEI and who my phone was locked with, payed $30 and they called me within 24 hours to give me my code, which worked. I definitely recommend going here for anyone that needs to get their phone unlocked.

Brought my phone ...

Brought my phone in with a cracked screen. It was repaired and I paid "full price" to obtain a receipt for the "warranty". 11 days later the screen started to pop off. When I touched it in the corner of the screen where it was popping off, the phone screen changed and wouldnt work. I returned for repair and they said it was my fault for damaging the LED by touching the screen ??? The one they had replaced. To fix this I would have to pay again. No more money going their way. Lesson learned.

Brought my phone ...

Brought my phone in on friday and on sunday my phone cracked in my pocket with my keys... This was with the protective screen that they gave me too which supposedly reduces damage up to 75%, when i called in they gave me no warranty and said that they cant always guarantee a good screen with so many people coming in a day... terrible experience, wouldn't recommend going there at all.

Took my phone in to be repaired. Easy lcd replacement . When I got home the phone was not working properly took it back to them. Technician there told me that the mother board was fried and offered me 50 dollars for my phone. Asked for my old lcd back . Would not give it to me . Ended up taking it to another place that fixed it. Turns out he took a part from my phone and never put it back in . Tech was very rude and I do not recommend this place .

Best and cheap service

My BB fell in the water, it was dead and I had very important phone numbers in the phone. A friend suggested to go to Hitechcell. I am glad that I listened to my friend because they not only recovered my phone numbers but also revived my phone. The service was fast and cheap. The staff was very friendly. I am extremely happy with their services.
