my son was really unhappy here, cried a lot daily. got sick weekly, no cleanliness. no communication of a virus breakout at the facility to the parents ever. fell a few times with bruises and NO accident report! saw many infants crying there for a while without any distraction provided to them, when questioned, staff said kid is new! my kid is much happier now at a different daycare. broke my heart sending my child there daily. he would cry all day and sleep the second I picked him up.
