This Place is Phenomenal

I have been coming to The HOUSE of MANN for close to 10 years, I drive from Lakeshore Rd E & Cawthra Rd in Mississauga just to get there. The Ambiance is incredible it is quaint, charming and it is like being home with family, they always make you feel special. I find the quality and service, not like other large franchise where you are just a number "next". It is like that TV show Cheers where everyone knows your name and all are welcome. I will continue to be a satisfied customer, my friend drives from Aurora to get there regularly just ask for Manny he is incredible and cares about you and he takes time to explain exactly they are going to do and why.

AMAZING

I've been going to House of Mann for a few years now and I love them. You can choose the level of stylist you want - so if you just need a quick trim you can go to a junior styling and save some money but if you're looking for a complete makeover and expert advice you can go to a top stylist. Everyone is friendly and helpful and goes out of their way to make sure you feel at home. Even so much as walking me to my car with an umbrella. BEST HAIR WASHES! So relaxing I can barely stay awake. The atmosphere is great, parking is alway abundant and it's always clean, well maintained. GO, You'll be happy you did!

Not returning to the salon

The salon is cramped and very noisy(more noise than you'd expect to hear in a salon) The hairdresser cutting my hair kept scrapping the back of my neck with the rasor. My hair was cut uneven and too short than what I asked for. The level of professionalism and skill I expected was not present in the salon.

Even though it appears your visit was some time ago I'm saddened to hear that we did not meet your expectations. We never want someone leaving our salon feeling anything but great about their experience. The fact that our salon can sometimes get rather noisy is a testament to our popularity. If you prefer a quieter experience I'd urge you to try us during off-peak days/times like Tuesdays or weekday afternoons.
