Not impressed!!!!!! My kitten is very sick. They did an X-ray of her leg cause she cried when they touched it and gave her pain meds. She is now at another vet in surgrey for something not even related to her leg! Almost lost her
just called about a hurt kitten and the receptionist was very off putting and cold, it sounded like i bothered her by calling.. if thats how they are on the phone i cant imagine what they would be like to your pet
Dr. Danielle H. (Bettie Animal Hospital,Burlington ON), is the worst I've every encountered. We brought our cat due to a lump and before even checking my cat she told us she was positive it was cancer and my kids cant stop crying. She could wait to just wait fr the results and speak to us privately. In a previous appointment my cat was so cared after they brought him back from a check up that he didn't stop peeing and vomiting, he was perfectly fine before. We are obviously never going back.
The Stoney Creek location has been a great help to me and my furbabies since it opened. Before that I faithfully went to your Brantford location Sometimes there is a little wait time, but always worth it... I personally have NEVER had an issue with Beattie. You've helped my babies live life to the fullest and when they needed the help, you so respectfully helped my babies to rest. I would be so lost and stressed if it wasn't for you. Thank you all so much

Between my husband and I we have been taking our furbabbies to Beatties for over 20 years and have had nothing but the best of care for them...THANKS to all the Doctors and great staff.
This clinic has been very instrumental in saving my daughter's cat, taking into consideration her feelings as well....if it weren't for this clinic I don’t know what we would have done I am glad we found this place when my daughter is happy we are happy and anyone who keeps her happy is the best in our book.
Beatties animal hospital is super awesome very gentle with our pets and others very clean great phone serice to get fast appts for emergencies very affordable rates to for check ups and meds thank you very much for the great service keep up the good work!!
So glad I called before making the trip. Vet tech that answered the phone was very inexperienced and unknowledgable. For a 24 hour emergency clinic they wouldn't do anything for my fur son without getting information from my local vet in the morning first. Whats the sense if bringing him in than?? I knew more about pancreatitis than the vet tech did!!
In the event you need emergency care for your pet, beyond regular office hours...Upon entering this hospital...be prepared for vet tech's with minimal experience with the computer system to focus on how you are going to pay for services, PRIOR to assessing your animal, no matter how much distress your animal is in. I had to toss my credit card to them, and INSIST they sedate my small dog. She was screaming with pain after being attack by 3 lab/rotti/pit bulls mixes. The vet tech's primary concern was how to spell William, NOT caring for my beloved dog.
My dog kept scratching at his eye making it swell up. I took him into Beatties and they diagnosed him with cherry eye. I never heard of such a thing before. They explained it to me in detail as well as the surgical procedure to correct it. They eased all of my fears. Thanks for taking great care of Spencer!!
Beattie Hospital is always spot on when diagnosing any issues with my dog. They are reasonably priced for the quality care you get. I don’t go anywhere but here. They’re the best!!

I arrived at Beattie Vet clinic at 12:30 AM on the 25th of January with my young cat that i knew was very unwell, the vet assistant that let me into the clinic told me instantly that they were very busy with an emergency and that my cat did not look in distress and that i should come back in the morning. I said I would wait, I felt my cat would die she was starting to twitch uncontrollably, she said fine, and gave me an appointment for 2:00, then she turned off all the lights and left me sitting with my cat in the dark, a while later a nicer person came in and opened the lights for me, the vet when I did see him said my cat was indeed very ill and needed to be hospitalized, when i left the clinic the same girl was quite friendly to me, the care was good and my cat survived, but I was so scared and this staff person treated me so badly........
Terrific, needed a vet in the middle of the night. Open 24 hours. Very pleasant staff. Large modern facility. Extremely reasonable rates, much less than you'd expect. We will be switching to Beattie for all our vet needs for both our dogs even though it's a 30 minute drive. Thank you!
