Absolutely terrible, made an appointment to buy get winter tires. Had to wait 2 weeks then when they took my car in I get a call half hour later saying they only have 3 tires. Employee did not seem to care and they did nothing for me, all they said is it would be another week for the tire, so taking my business else where
In the beginning, they all seem friendly and helpful, but once you dropped off your car, they will tell you they found more problems that require fixing. I do not recommend this place to anyone, and please research other service providers in the area. I was new to the city, I ended up taking my car to a different location and paid way less than I would have paid in full at this location.
This is the WORST customer service I have EVER received in my life. I just left there after be totally disrespected by the Auto Service Manager. He has no customer service qualities whatsoever. I was challenging a cost on my bill, he listen to the clerk and told me he doesn't want to hear me and walk away.
I said I will not be bringing me car back here, imagine the man shout across the floor while other customers were there, "I DON'T CARE, WE DON'T NEED YOUR WORK WE HAVE ENOUGH WORK HERE" .
Customer service is unacceptable. If you find yourself in the unfortunate circumstance of shopping here, just go in, find what you want quickly, pay, and get out with as little contact with employees as possible.
Corporate needs to look at this store it is a disgrace to Canadian retail. The staff have no customer service skills whatsoever and none look happy to be there! I want to shop Canadian but they make it hard! Training people! What a disgrace all of the reviews are bAdnow I know why
