No follow-up

I called this company about seven weeks ago, described in detail a move I wish to make, during the first week of December. Very friendly service, promise to send discussion details and estimate, by email, immediately. I have heard nothing from this company since my initial phone call. My impression is that unless one is making a far away move with an enormous amount of stuff, then there is no interest in serving the public. Very disappointing experience. Initial conversation was very positive, compared to the follow-up received, which was zilch!
