Great food

Food was overpriced, I ordered a rib plate with shrimp and found only half of it edible - the rest was cold and cooked poorly. Staff was polite but not very good, they all looked like they'd rather be anywhere else, didn't get us refills even though we had quite a long wait time and spent the majority of our meal talking nearby about their social lives which was annoying. I won't be returning.

Terrible food and terrible staff

Was shopping in the mall and we decided to go grab a bit to eat. Have to say we made the wrong decision going to applebee's. The food took over 50 minutes and there was no one in the restaurant, our server was no where to be found and no manager came by once we complained about the food as it was cold when it got to our table. Should of ate in the food court at the mall would of been better, faster and cheaper and hotter!

Decent Overall

We were shopping in the cambridge centre when decided to eat something and saw this restaurant from the parking lot. The food was decent overall but can tell i had better pasta before, they have a decent kids menu now. The service we received was excellent. Will try couple of other restaurants before going back.

Excellent

We both had steak and shrimp, side of mushrooms. The total meal was excellent and would definitely go back. Service from all who attended to us was top notch. A pleasant place for dinner and a relaxing ambience. Kudos to management for hiring the right people.

I'm in the middles on this one; the food wasn't 'great', but was a bit better than 'adequate'. We decided to go here as kids eat free (fantastic) and we had a coupon. The service was great (I think her name was Becky), and drinks refilled without asking (love that). It's a pretty standard chain restaurant, with pretty standard fair. We all opted for burgers, but I had mine with caesar salad. I wouldn't do that again. Have the fries-even the gravy, which is great.
