I am soooo frustr...
I am soooo frustrated right now. I just order 2 hot n ready candians a chicken wing and crazy bread....we tear in to the first box and 20 min later we open the second box and it peperoni....I call they say the ticket says pepperoni.. ok i count my change... well i just took 200 out of the bank and i now have 160 bucks left... lets do the math. The ordered comes to approx 40...for 2 canadians a wing and a crazy bread with taxes. Sooo..... - They keep me on the phone and look through there tickets... well because it was rang up wrong in the ticket they arent willing exchange the pizza. Now they are calling me a liar with their tones and then have the kahoonas to hang up on me. Really. LiTTLE CEASERS here in CHATHAM. You have now lost our business and everyone will know how you were not willing to rectify your mistake. - I am not looking for handouts...so for the difference of 5 bucks you are willing to loose our busiess and possibly many more....??? - I drove the pepperoni pizza and anything we had left back to the store. Asked whos the boss...took down their names.....said I paid for a canadian not pepperoni. I work in the same industry as you and I know how this works. So you keep your pepperoni pizza and no I dont want my money back.
