My wife and I booked all the rooms in january. This for a party in May. The owner two different times changed the booking without confirming with us. Changing the time of the party after my wife had already sent invitations and then booking some of the rooms that we had already booked. My wife was notified when Natalie called her to ask if she wanted to keep the rooms by paying more than the agreed upon fee. When we went to Funtastic to clarify the situation, for the second time, the director he basically said, theres nothing he can do. So while they have good facilities the management has a lot to be desired. As of now the party is not yet resolved, we hope we will have all the rooms we originally booked for but the party is two weeks away so we can't change the place. I would be extremely wary when dealing with Ivan for a party booking, get stuff in writing.
