Very poorly managed business. They don't stock the items they advertise but accept payment from thier customers without being up front about delivery dates. After months of waiting and wondering whether you will ever receive a prepaid order, their incompetent customer service people tell you (very curtly) that their policy states they can ship whenever they want to. Better to deal with reputable organizations.

Made a $320 purch...

Made a $320 purchase. Without informing me, sent me a display model that didn't work. Refused to admit to sending display and initially refused to refund, allow me to ship back or even acknowledge my emails. After I sent it back they claimed that there was no problem with it (after they "fixed it"). Sales team is is extremely rude and unethical. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!
