Worst salon experience in Toronto!!

By far, this salon is the worst salon that I have ever been to in Toronto!! Amelia is very very unprofessional and she and her co-worker lack customer service. They do not know how to do hair properly because of their lack of skills. My hair turned into a mess and their was a lack of common courtesy!! Please do not waste your time and money on this salon, you will regret it going there!!!

I called around looking for quotes on a full head of highlites and found this woman on the phone extremely friendly and the best rate. My hair is long but very thin and brown with a few highlites and my goal was to go blonde as quick as possible. I booked my appointment and had a very hard time finding the salon. I eventually found it with help from my blackberry and it was in the lobby of a very sketch building. I immediatly started calling other places for 30 minutes to see who else wasen't busy and everywhere else was just booked up. After contimplating and my friend convincing me some people are good and work from home I went in. I was treated kindly and there was only one or two other people getting their hair done. Very small salon and very very quiet. Not busy at all. This worried me. After my services were complete she cut my hair for free and dried it so I could see the results better. I was extremely satisfied and very very happy! Ive been to many places before for highlites and this yet is the best place. She put tons in and was very generous with products. For 100 bucks my hair was blonde finally and perfectly trimmed. Amelia the owner did it I believe. This was about a week ago and I just called to book again for tomorrow! I fully reccomend this place to anyone who is on a low budget wanting amazing results!
