I had a really bad experience with CDW. Poor service since beginning through the end! It took one week to confirm my order with the credit department. I paid more to get express shipping in a 3-4 business days and it it took more than 2 weeks after many calls and emails. Furthermore, I didnt receive the monitor and never had a confirmation or a message that I wont receive it. I try to put more pressure with email to CustomerRelations@web.cdw.ca and had no results. No answer from my email!

The laptop I purchased on July 7, 2017 was never received. It has taken days/weeks of emailing and telephone calls to request a refund. After all that, now they say it will take 7-10 business days for AP to reimburse me. It took them 5 minutes to process the sale online with my Visa but weeks for a refund which is not issued yet and may never arrive. NEVER AGAIN!

They sent me the wrong ink cartridges for my printer. It took weeks for me to get through to anyone even remotely helpful. Most of the time, they would simply place me on hold and then hang up.

Buyer Beware!!! Trying to stick me with a laptop purchase the was damaged out of the box. They refuse to provide an RMA while they sort it out with the distributor, forcing me to pay for two laptops. This isn't the first negative incident but it'll be the last.
