Horrible services and drivers! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Absolutely terrible service. Called ahead of time to book a cab for a specific time to allot enough time to make it to an event only to have them enter in the incorrect time. When I called to check how long the cab would be, they had advised of the error and it took an additional 20 minutes for a cab to arrive. Not impressed.

Oh my goodness! City Taxi is a business? I go on City Taxi website and it says they take pride for being friendly and putting customers first. I'm not making this up, it's on their website. I sent an email because of bad service I got from one of their drivers. Did I get empathy or an apology, or a follow up question? NO I did not. City Taxi Assisstant Manager NEIL SHOREY sent a simple response, "GET A LIFE YOU LOSER" Wow, so unprofessional. Never will I ever use City Taxi. Will use UBER.
