    Fantastic service, can't recommend highly enough. Our washing machine broke in the evening, and with a 3 week old newborn, we needed it fixed asap. The next morning we received a call to book, and a serviceman named Mike was there by early afternoon. He was friendly, knowledgeable, fast and very considerate of noise, mess with the little one. He had our machine up and running again in no time. I would use this company again in a heartbeat for all repairs.

    A great store wit...

    A great store with quick service calls. The staff was very nice and helpful and full of cleaning and life-extension tips. They genuinely seemed to care about your equipment and ensured that you understood your machines and were fully satisfied with their service. Can't say enough about this store.

    Third time using ...

    Third time using Mo's Appliances over the few years. Came to the old house in Babypoint for our faulty washing machine and then to the new house in the Kingsway last year for our dryer and today our bottom mount freezer. Each time they called to let me know their timing as some repairs can take longer than expected. They explain and show you what's wrong and clean up the entire area before they leave. On top of all that, their rates are excellent

    I always call Moe...

    I always call Moes Appliances any time I have a issue with appliances, I have tenants so they consistently break something. Moe & Mike are very reliable and have great prices compared to others in the area...$40 service call you can't beat that!! Anyone else starts at $60+ Never had a issue with them and will continue using there services! Thanks guys!!

    Excellent service...

    Excellent service. Quick, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. I have purchased refurbished appliances from them and had them do repairs at a place I was house-sitting. I would highly recommend them.

    My sister recomme...

    My sister recommended Moe's Appliances to me after they repaired her washing machine. I needed them to repair my oven and I have to say I am extremely impressed. They were able to diagnose quickly (I was able to get a diagnosis on the phone after I explained the make, model and difficulties) and when they arrived, they had the new part in hand and were able to repair quickly. Works like new again!! VERY reasonable rates. They don't screw you around. I highly recommend them.

    Beware!!!!!

    Low service rates but if something goes wrong and warranty's called for they don't stand behind it. Try to push the problem off by blaming some other defective part (even if it's the exact same part they just recently replaced) to try to justify making you pay for them coming out on the warranty call. Beware, don't use.

    No Show

    A day earlier, I made an appoinment for a repair guy to come look at my stove. Next day, I waited...hour and a half later, and three calls trying to locate the repair guy, no guy, no return call. The initial inspection fee is cheap but don't understand the work ethics of this company. If running late, a simple phone call would have been helpful, just to give us a heads up of whats goin' on.
