My husband and I ordered take-out. We had the mussels and the penni ala-vodka, plus garlic bread. This was one of the best Italian meals that I have eaten in a long time. I would highly recommend Pazzia Osteria to anyone, and I will.

I have been there a few times and generally it has been pretty good however very recently my girl friend took her family for dinner. She told me that the food was good except when she noticed that her brother (owns a catering company)wasn't eating his ($19.00) pizza she was informed that he couldn't handle it because it "was horrible". Although against his wishes, his sister mentioned something to one of the owners (Frank) and rather than apologize and offer something else he merely argued about the merits of the pizza.. At the end of the evening they didn't even have the decency to remove the (one bite taken from) pizza from their sizable bill...No Thanks...There are far too many good Italian restaurants in this city that offer up great food and service at a reasonable price
Just had my second visit to Pazzia and was blown away by the owner Franco. We were there about five months ago just after a family death. Franco not only remembered us but remembered about the reason why our group was in and even remembered what I ordered. he offered to make it if I wanted it again as it was a special of the day on the day we were in. Where on earth do you get genuine service like that?
The food was excellent as it was the first time we were in but it's the relaxed unhurried service - and by this I do not mean slow- that is the treasure of the place. Your custom is appreciated and you are encouraged to take your time and enjoy your meal. Wonderful owner and staff make this a beautiful place that we can imagine coming to for years to come.

franco and vittorio really know how to have a great business !! there service is excellent, and the food is excellent ! best restaurant around, if your looking for a restaurant to have a big table of 10, or even a table of 2, i recommend Pazzia Osteria, you wont be disappointed! Franco is very, very kind-hearted and funny, he keeps you entertained as you wish ! who ever doesnt like Pazzia clearly doesnt know what true Italian food is !! love the place !!
I've driven by this place many times and never noticed it. I'm glad it finally caught my eye one day.
Its a small, cosy place with a good selection of italian food. The service was a little slow, perhaps they were understaffed that night, but we weren't in a rush so we didn't mind. The restaurant was full so we were lucky to get a table without a reservation. The owner was very friendly, shaking our hands before we left.
Great place to go with a date or a couple of close friends.
This is really one of the best kept secrets In Toronto...You will love it not matter who you bring to this place will thank you forever!

I have had the pleasure of dining and entertaining friends at Pazzia for the past several years.
Vittorio and Frank make sure you feel like you are a part of their Family from the time you walk through the door. The food is prepared to perfection by Vittorio and his team in the kitchen while Frank and his team meet, greet and acknowledge everyone that enters the restaurant with a welcoming smile, a seat at your favourite table of choice and non stop service that simply stated is the very "BEST" in town.
After a fabulous meal we always end the evening with an amazing espresso and a plate of the restaurant's infamous home-made biscotti. We can NEVER get enough of those!!!!!
It's a must try restaurant and I assure you that your first time will definitely not be your last.

This little restaurant is now one of our favourites. Everyone in my party was delighted to be there. The atmosphere, food, and service were all exceptional.
This is one of my favourite restaurants! My husband and I discovered it years ago and we've been loyal patrons ever since! We even had our wedding rehersal dinner there and tons of my girlfriends' showers. The food is exceptional!! They make the very BEST Gargonzola ghnocci around town...they're sooo devine and decadent! Their features are always lovely, the wine is inexpensive and of good value. The brothers' special touches, notably the biscotti with lattes is always so nice! A cozy unpretentious restaurant where you're reasssured great food and a lovely intimate evening!
