    We have had the pleasure of doing business with Fergus Fireplace on two occasions. The level of care they provided and the incredible service blew my mind. We plan to install another insert in the future and would NEVER consider dealing with anyone else. Local, personal service with competitive pricing and all the best in product and accessories. Great experience.

    Lack of customer care. Salesman was rude his quote was different from emailed one and to third one requested from office.
