I was given a great price and I was ensured I was getting a " OEM" glass by the owner . He told me that they deal only with OEM glass . I booker my Honda civic and on the scheduled day brought the car to his shop ! I was greeted with a yelling " are you here for the windshield ?" Flustered I responded yes ! He proceeded to tell me to drive my car into his shop . I thought that was a little odd considering most garages drive your car in . As I pulled into his narrow back door I was now greeted with " how you paying for that ?" . I really don't think that matters before the job is completed but I informed him of my method of payment . Latter that day I decided to check the logo on the windshield and it my surprise ( not really ) it said FY and not Honda as my original windshield did ! I never had any issues with the workmanship but because of his lack of customer experience , I will never retire nor recommend!

I am going to call again, however, two years ago I had my windows tinted. I was adamant that my tint not fade and I was assured I was getting the top quality. Yup, it's now fading to purple. I called was told, "Call Trevor later". I was also told there was no receipt as I paid cash...even though I said I'd pay the taxes. If this is rectified honorably I will post a new review accordingly but something tells me I have been duped.
