    Keith was very thorough with his inspection. He was knowledgeable on every question I threw at him, he went above and beyond for me. I learned so much and i highly recommend him to anyone looking for a home inspection. Especially for a first time home owner!! I feel very confident in my purchase now and i'm very grateful for the time he spent with me. Thanks again Keith!!!!

    Use someone else.

    We also had a bad experience with this business. He was hired by the buyers of our home. We had a clean inspection two years earlier but he scared the buyers to the point that they almost backed out of the deal. We had to bring in various tradespeople (at our own cost) to write reports countering his report. All the trades we brought in agreed that there was nothing wrong with the house. When we asked for a copy of his inspection he refused.

    Michael, sorry to hear about the situation. The report is the property of the homebuyers as they paid for it. Therfore I am not at liberty to share its contents with other parties. As part of any offer to purchase, from the sellers stand point it should include a clause that the home buyer provide a copy of the report if there are any issues they are raising concern with. I am not sure of your circumstances but quite often the words of the home inspector are blown out of proprtion when the buyers are seeking repairs or compensation. This cannot happen if they are compelled to provide the report to the sellers.

    Home inspectors are a dime a dozen. I don't recommend spending your dime on this company. We had a terrible experience.
