BEST service and selection

Global Pet on Wellington is the best pet supply store in town. The staff are always helpful in sourcing anything for my bunny, turtles, gecko and tortoise. They are very knowledgeable and only have good quality food and supplies.

Went here for the first time and the person helping me was uninformed and very opinionated. I am a veterinarian and thankfully know better. Won't be going back or recommending to anyone.

I recently called Global Pet Foods on Wellington St. W; here in Guelph looking for a particular brand of cat food. They hadn't decided on carrying this brand in the cans so I gave my name and phone # in case. Within a few days Dan called me to say they were now carrying this brand. I was so pleased that he not only took the time to discuss with the store manager, but very promptly called me back to notify me. Now that's what I call great customer service!!!! Support your local Global Pet food store, they have the best stock, knowledge as well as being extremely friendly and helpful!! (My Cat, Myre is also happy ;)
