SMOOTH PROCESS! Got our recalled stove replaced by a Napoleon unit from Ultra Comfort Guelph on Woodlawn road. They traveled to my house and performed a very nice job. Very happy with service, the product and the price. Strongly recommend them for people in the market for fireplace.
Just had a furnace ac package installed in my house. Very happy with the job. Technician was very knowledgeable and did a diagnostic and fixed our water heater at the same time. We've been waiting on a service call for the water heater from another rental company but they cancelled on us 3 times. I will most likely give the water heater business to the boys at Ultra Guelph once we're ready to replace. Highly recommend them!
Got a Napleon furnace installed by these guys last week. Very pleased and with the unit and the team for installation. The sales installers were very informative. I am a proud customer. I will recommend these guys for fair price and great work on furnaces.
On Apr 7 2015 had local Ultra Comfort(Guelph) convert my old oil furnace to natural gas . They also installed duct work, gas lines and central air conditioner and a fireplace freestanding. I am very pleased with their work, as they made all the arrangements with union gas and took care of everything for me. Sales person or Owner Morris came back to do after inspection and made sure everything was ok. I would strongly recommend these guys. Very clean, polite and professional! Thank You
We were referred to Ultra Comfort by my dad. We had them give us an estimate.They brought temporary space heaters for our family and sent his boys over the next day to install a new furnace for us. The job took those boys 8 hours but we were extremely pleased with their quality of work.The main reason we purchased from them was patience, honesty and he showed they cared! I am not an employee, relative or friend. We just enjoy great customer service
I Had Ultra Hack install a furnace, they had to come back 4 times to correct issues. only if I read their BBB complaint history I would of made a different choice. crossing my fingers and hoping I don't get any more problems with this new furnace.
I recently purchased a fireplace from these guys and they did a great job. Their staff are very helpful and friendly, and the installation process was smooth and on schedule. Just had my AC and furnace replaced. it was a very smooth process and the job was very well done. I shopped around quite a bit and this was the best price I could find. I would recommend these guys to anyone. Might even consider getting a fireplace when winter rolls around.
Professional service. My wife and I were very pleased with the Central Air and Furnace we purchased last year and this this year we upgraded our fireplace to a nice modern Napoleon.
